Recieving his 10 year sentence on August 9th, 2023 due to the shooting of Megan The Stallion…the Canadian sensation has now become the infamous. But to those who are unfamiliar with the fallen star, they want to know who exactly is Tory Lanez?
Tory Lanez born Daystar Peterson on July 27 1992 is a Canadian rapper singer and songwriter. Hailing from Brampton Ontario Lanez rose to prominence with his unique blend of rap R&B and reggae influences. He first gained widespread recognition with the release of his mixtapes in the early 2010s showcasing his versatility and distinct sound. Lanez has since become a prominent figure in the music industry known for his impressive vocal range catchy melodies and charismatic persona.
Lanez has delivered a string of popular hits throughout his career. One of his biggest mainstream successes is the song "Luv" from his debut studio album "I Told You" (2016).
